Understanding the LinkySend Dashboard
The LinkySend dashboard is designed to give you a clear, distraction-free view of your social media publishing operation. Everything — from creating posts to reviewing analytics — is accessible within two clicks from any screen. This guide explains each section of the dashboard so you can get productive immediately.
The Left Sidebar
The left sidebar is your primary navigation. It contains seven items: Home (your activity feed and quick stats), New Post (opens the composer directly), Posts (your full post history with status filters), Schedule (the visual calendar of upcoming posts), Analytics (cross-network performance metrics), Connected Accounts (manage your linked social profiles), and Settings (account, billing, team, and preferences). The sidebar collapses to icons-only mode on smaller screens — click the arrow at the bottom to toggle it.
The Home Section
Home is your command centre. At the top, three metric cards show your posts published this month, total reach this week, and your current plan. Below that, the Recent Posts list shows the last five published posts with per-network status icons. On the right side, the Upcoming panel shows your next three scheduled posts with their scheduled times. A persistent "New Post" button floats in the top-right corner of the screen.
The Posts History
The Posts section shows every post you have ever published or attempted through LinkySend. You can filter by status (Published, Scheduled, Failed, Draft), by network, or by date range. Each post card shows the media thumbnail, caption excerpt, publish date, and a status icon per network. Click any post to expand it and see detailed per-network results, including any error messages for failed networks. From this view you can also duplicate, delete, or re-schedule a post.
The Schedule Calendar
The Schedule section displays a monthly calendar view of all your upcoming scheduled posts. Each day cell shows coloured dots corresponding to the networks targeted. Click any dot to preview the post. You can drag and drop posts between days to reschedule them. Switching to Week or Day view gives a more granular time-slot view, useful for planning a tight content calendar.
Analytics Overview
The Analytics section aggregates performance data from all your connected networks into a single view. The default dashboard shows total impressions, total engagements (likes, comments, shares), follower growth, and your top 3 posts by engagement over the selected date range. Use the network filter chips at the top to isolate data for specific platforms. Detailed per-network analytics are available in the Analytics section. Features and limits depend on your plan — see the Pricing page: /pricing.
