LinkySend Mobile App – Complete Guide
The LinkySend mobile app brings the full power of cross-network publishing to your iPhone or Android device. You can create posts, upload photos and videos directly from your camera roll, manage your scheduled content calendar, and receive push notifications when scheduled posts go live — all from your phone. Availability: LinkySend currently connects Bluesky, Mastodon, Tumblr, Telegram, and Discord. The other networks mentioned in this article are labelled “Coming soon” in the app: check each network’s status before relying on it.
Downloading the App
The LinkySend app is free to download on both iOS and Android. Search for "LinkySend" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or scan the QR code shown on the linkysend.com homepage. The app requires iOS 15 or later, or Android 10 or later. Once installed, open the app and log in with the same credentials you use on the web dashboard — your account, connected networks, and post history sync instantly.

Publishing from the Mobile App
Tap the blue "+" button in the bottom navigation bar to open the mobile Post Composer. You can select photos or videos from your camera roll, take a new photo or video in-app, or paste a URL to share a link post. The mobile composer supports all the same features as the web version: network selection, caption writing (with AI generation), per-network customisation, and scheduling. Tap "Publish now" or "Schedule" to post.
Push Notifications
The LinkySend mobile app sends push notifications for the following events: when a scheduled post publishes successfully, when a scheduled post fails (with a tap-to-retry action), when a team member requests approval (when the approval workflow is enabled). Go to Settings → Notifications in the app to customise which events trigger push notifications.
Mobile-Only Features
The mobile app includes two features not available on the web: In-App Camera, which lets you record video or take photos directly inside LinkySend without leaving the app, and Share Extension (iOS) / Share Sheet (Android), which allows you to share content from any other app directly to LinkySend with one tap. For example, you can share a TikTok video from another creator, and LinkySend will open as a new post draft with that video ready to repost.

Is the mobile app free to download?
Yes. The LinkySend app is free to download on iOS and Android. Your subscription plan determines what features are available — the same Free, Starter, Solo, Team, and Agency plans apply whether you use the web or mobile app.
Can I manage multiple team members from the mobile app?
Basic team management features are available in the mobile app — you can approve pending posts and view team activity. For full team management (inviting members, changing roles, setting permissions), use the web dashboard.
Does the mobile app work offline?
You can draft posts offline in the mobile app. When you regain an internet connection, drafts are synced and you can publish or schedule them. Publishing and scheduling require an active internet connection.
