LinkySend lets you schedule posts weeks or months in advance across all your connected networks. Set it once and LinkySend handles the rest — publishing at exactly the time you choose.

Step-by-step: scheduling your first post

Follow these steps to schedule a post from the LinkySend composer.

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → New Post and upload your video or image.
  2. 2Write your caption or click "Generate with AI" to auto-create one.
  3. 3Select all the networks you want to publish to (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  4. 4Toggle "Schedule for later" — a date and time picker will appear.
  5. 5Choose your preferred publish date and time. LinkySend shows the timezone based on your account settings.
  6. 6Click "Schedule Post". The post is saved to your queue and will publish automatically.

Understanding the post queue

All scheduled posts appear in Dashboard → Calendar and Dashboard → Posts with a "Scheduled" badge. You can edit, reschedule, or cancel any queued post before its publish time. Once published, the post moves to the "Published" section with full analytics.

Best times to post

LinkySend analytics shows you when your audience is most active. Generally: Instagram Reels perform best Tuesday–Thursday 7–9am and 6–8pm; TikTok peaks at 7–9am, 12–3pm, and 7–11pm; LinkedIn content gets the most engagement Tuesday–Thursday 8–10am; YouTube videos published Tuesday–Thursday noon–3pm see the best early traction.

Bulk scheduling

You can bulk-schedule several posts at once using the CSV import feature (features and limits depend on your plan — see the Pricing page: /pricing). Go to Dashboard → Posts → Import CSV, download the template, fill in your content schedule, and upload it. All posts will be added to your queue instantly.

FAQ

Can I schedule posts to publish at different times on each network?

Not yet — a single scheduled post publishes to all selected networks at the same time. Per-network time scheduling is on our roadmap. As a workaround, create separate posts with different scheduled times and select one network per post.

How far in advance can I schedule posts?

There is no hard limit. You can schedule posts months or even years in advance. Planning a few weeks ahead helps keep your content calendar consistent.

What happens if LinkySend is down when my post is scheduled?

Our system queues all scheduled posts with redundant retry logic. If a publish attempt fails, LinkySend retries automatically up to 3 times and sends you an email notification so you can republish manually if needed.

Can I schedule Stories and Reels separately?

Yes. In the composer, after selecting Instagram, use the "Format" dropdown to choose Feed Post, Reel, or Story. Each format has its own scheduling settings and optimization preview.
