LinkySend Workspaces allow you to manage multiple brands, clients, or projects from a single account. Each workspace is a fully isolated environment with its own connected social networks, publications, calendar, and analytics. Whether you are a freelance community manager handling many clients or a business with multiple brands, Workspaces give you professional organization without mixing your content.

Workspaces overview

A Workspace is a dedicated environment for a specific brand or project. Here is what you need to know:

  1. 1Each workspace has its own connected social networks — no sharing between workspaces.
  2. 2Posts, drafts, and calendars are fully separated by workspace.
  3. 3Analytics and statistics are isolated per workspace for accurate reports.
  4. 4You can switch between workspaces in one click from the switcher.
  5. 5The Free plan includes 1 workspace. Paid plans offer more: Starter 1, Solo 2, Team 5, Agency unlimited.
  6. 6The last workspace cannot be deleted to ensure continuity of your access.

Requirements

Before creating your first additional workspace, make sure you meet these conditions:

  1. 1An active LinkySend account (Free or paid).
  2. 2The Free plan includes 1 workspace — upgrade to a higher plan to create more.
  3. 3The Starter plan includes 1 workspace and the Solo plan includes 2.
  4. 4The Team plan offers up to 5 workspaces.
  5. 5The Agency plan allows unlimited workspaces.

Creating a new workspace

Creating a workspace takes less than 30 seconds. Follow these steps:

  1. 1Step 1: From your dashboard, click "Workspaces" in the left sidebar.
  2. 2Step 2: Click the "New workspace" button at the top right.
  3. 3Step 3: Enter the workspace name (e.g., "My Store", "Client Smith", "Summer Brand").
  4. 4Step 4: Choose an identification color from the 12 available colors — this color appears in the switcher for quick identification.
  5. 5Step 5: (Optional) Upload a logo for this workspace (PNG or JPG, max 2 MB).
  6. 6Step 6: Click "Create" to finalize. Your new workspace is immediately active.

Configuring a workspace

After creation, you can customize your workspace at any time from its settings.

  1. 1Change name: Go to Workspace Settings > "Name" field > edit and save.
  2. 2Change logo: Click the logo icon > "Upload image" > PNG or JPG formats accepted, max size 2 MB.
  3. 3Change brand color: Click the color circle in settings to open the picker and choose a new shade.
  4. 4Rename by clicking the pencil icon directly from the workspaces list.

Connecting social networks to a workspace

Each workspace has its own social network connections. Accounts are completely isolated between workspaces — an Instagram account connected in "Brand A" does not appear in "Brand B".

  1. 1Activate the target workspace via the switcher at the top left.
  2. 2In the sidebar, click "Accounts" then "Connect an account".
  3. 3Select the platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  4. 4Follow the platform's OAuth flow to authorize LinkySend to publish on your behalf.
  5. 5The connected account is now exclusively available in this workspace.
  6. 6Repeat for each social network in this workspace.

Switching between workspaces

The workspace switcher is at the top left of the interface. It shows the name and color of the currently active workspace.

  1. 1Click the switcher (workspace name + chevron) at the top left of the dashboard.
  2. 2Your list of workspaces appears with their respective colors and logos.
  3. 3Click the target workspace to activate it.
  4. 4The dashboard automatically reloads with the selected workspace's data.
  5. 5The URL stays the same — only the data context changes.

Managing your workspaces

From the "Workspaces" page in your dashboard, you can edit or delete your workspaces.

  1. 1Edit: Click the pencil icon to the right of the workspace to edit its name, color, or logo.
  2. 2Delete: Click the trash icon, then confirm deletion in the dialog box.
  3. 3Warning: deleting a workspace permanently removes all associated data (posts, drafts, connections).
  4. 4Important: you cannot delete your last workspace. Your account must always contain at least one.

Workspaces and publications

Every aspect of your editorial activity is isolated by workspace to avoid any content mixing.

  1. 1Published and scheduled posts are attached to their original workspace.
  2. 2Drafts remain in the workspace where they were created.
  3. 3The editorial calendar only shows publications for the active workspace.
  4. 4Analytics and statistics are calculated separately per workspace.
  5. 5Uploaded media (images, videos) are stored in their respective workspace.

Workspaces and subscriptions

The number of available workspaces depends on your subscription plan. Here is the summary table:

  1. 1Free plan (€0/month) → 1 workspace maximum.
  2. 2Starter plan (€9/month) → 1 workspace maximum.
  3. 3Solo plan (€29/month) → 2 workspaces maximum.
  4. 4Team plan (€79/month) → 5 workspaces maximum.
  5. 5Agency plan (€199/month) → Unlimited workspaces.
  6. 6To upgrade your subscription, go to /dashboard/subscription.

Common errors and solutions

Here are the most common issues with Workspaces and their solutions:

  1. 1"Workspace limit reached" → You have reached the maximum allowed by your plan. Upgrade at /dashboard/subscription.
  2. 2"Cannot delete this workspace" → This is your last workspace. You must keep at least one.
  3. 3"No account connected in this workspace" → Go to Accounts > Connect to add social networks specific to this workspace.
  4. 4"My publications have disappeared" → Check you are on the correct workspace via the top-left switcher. Publications are isolated by workspace.
  5. 5"The workspace doesn't appear in the switcher" → Reload the page. If the issue persists, contact support.

FAQ

Can I share a workspace with a collaborator?

Multi-user collaboration on a workspace is available on Team and Agency plans. Invited members can access the workspace according to the permissions you define.

Do workspaces share social networks?

No. Each workspace has its own connected social networks. An Instagram account connected in one workspace is not accessible from another workspace.

Can I transfer publications from one workspace to another?

Not directly. To move content, you will need to recreate it in the target workspace. Plan your organization in advance to avoid this situation.

What happens if I downgrade to a plan that allows fewer workspaces than I have?

Your existing workspaces are kept in read-only mode. You will not be able to publish from excess workspaces until you upgrade to a compatible plan or delete the extra workspaces.

Does the Free plan really let me test Workspaces?

The Free plan includes 1 workspace, which corresponds to your base account. To test the multi-workspace feature, you will need to upgrade to the Solo plan (2 workspaces) or higher.
