How to Apply a Promo Code or Discount to Your LinkySend Plan
LinkySend promo codes and discount coupons can be applied during checkout or, in some cases, added to an existing active subscription. Discounts are processed instantly through Stripe.
Applying a promo code during checkout
The easiest way to use a promo code is during the upgrade flow.
- 1Go to Dashboard > Subscription and click Upgrade or Change Plan.
- 2On the Stripe checkout page, look for the Have a promo code? link.
- 3Click it, enter your promo code, and click Apply.
- 4The discount will be reflected in the total immediately.
- 5Complete the checkout with your payment method. The discounted amount will be charged.
Applying a promo code to an existing subscription
Some promo codes can be applied to an existing paid subscription (for example, partner codes or referral discounts). To apply a code to an active subscription, go to Dashboard > Subscription > Apply Promo Code, enter your code, and click Apply. If the field is not visible, contact support@linkysend.com and provide your code — our team will apply it manually within 1 business day.
Types of discounts available
LinkySend offers several types of promotional discounts depending on the campaign.
- 1Percentage discounts: e.g., 20% off your first 3 months.
- 2Fixed amount discounts: e.g., €15 off your first payment.
- 3Annual plan discounts: 2 months free when switching to annual billing (annual = 10 × monthly).
- 4Affiliate commissions: If you were referred by a LinkySend affiliate, their code may provide both of you a discount.
- 5Seasonal promotions: Occasional discounts during launches or events, announced via the LinkySend newsletter.
FAQ
Can I combine multiple promo codes?
No. Only one promo code can be applied per subscription at a time. If you have multiple codes, use the one with the highest value. Codes cannot be stacked.
My promo code is not working — what do I do?
First, check that the code is entered exactly as provided (codes are case-sensitive). Verify that the code has not expired and that it applies to the plan you are purchasing. If the issue persists, contact support@linkysend.com with your code and account email.
Do promo discounts apply to renewals?
It depends on the promo code. Some codes apply only to the first payment; others apply for a set number of billing cycles (e.g., 3 months). The discount details are shown on the checkout page when you apply the code.
