You can cancel your LinkySend subscription at any time, directly from your dashboard — no phone calls or emails required. When you cancel, you retain full access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period.
How to cancel your subscription
Cancellation is self-serve and takes less than one minute.
- 1Log in to your LinkySend account.
- 2Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- 3Click the Subscription tab.
- 4Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription.
- 5Select a cancellation reason (optional but appreciated) and confirm.
- 6You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
What happens after you cancel
Cancelling your subscription does not immediately remove your access. Here is what to expect.

- 3At the end of the billing period, your account automatically reverts to the free plan.

Cancelling an annual subscription
Annual subscriptions follow the same cancellation policy. You retain access until the end of the 12-month period you have paid for.
